Y’all remember when Whitley Gilbert was goin THRU IT on A Diff’rent World and Debbi Allen encouraged her to: “relax, relate, release” — Whether you connect with the iconic 90’s Pop-Cultural reference or not- NOW’s your opportunity to connect with one of the Twin Cities Leading Global Somatics Practitioners: Ayo Clemons. This is an opportunity to chill, network, and BE with like-identified folks in a space which supports QTIBPOC Community in deep and meaningful ways. **this is a space sacred for folks that are 18+ and are QTIBPOC (check-in with Nicole if you have questions about this)

WEAR COMFY CLOTHES; BRING YOGA MAT/MEDITATION PILLOW IF YOU HAVE ONE.
SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED!!! (GF/Dairy-Free, Vegan, and Junk-Food Dietary Needs will be accounted for)
- There is a stair/step into the building
- There are a set of stairs leading to-/from the bathroom
- The practice will integrate floor-sitting, but chairs are available upon request/requirement

Ayo Clemons is a Global Somatic's practitioner, bodyworker, racial justice advocate and core member of the People’s Movement Center based in south Minneapolis. She integrates massage, breath, movement and body based exercises to support self awareness and authentic expression.

Queers Knitting for homelessness is exactly what it sounds like, and a little more - a fun event for queers who like to knit, and anyone with gear to donate. Please join us Wednesday, March 7 from 7-9 pm at the Quatrefoil Library to knit winter outerwear such as hats, scarves, and gloves for people experiencing homelessness! Don't know how to knit? Bring new or gently used items (or knitting materials!) to donate! Further information about donating will be given at the event. Hope you can join us!

Within the next five years grow Bisexual Organizing Project (BOP) into a successfully-run Upper Midwest nonprofit organization with annual funding of $100,000 that provides community building, education, and advocacy for the bisexual, pansexual, fluid, queer, and unlabeled (bi+) community and our allies.
