Bi+ Walking Club April Meetups

Join us for some fresh air, physical activity, and great company!
Meeting dates, times, and locations vary, so we can see as many lovely faces as possible!

Saturday, April 5 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Richardson Nature Center of Three Rivers Parks
8737 E Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, Minnesota 55438

Located within Hyland Lake Park Reserve, Richardson Nature Center is a gateway to stunning natural beauty just minutes from the city. Inside, colorful clay mosaics and sculptures by artist Chris Tully engage visitors with the natural world. Visitors can also meet Richardson’s resident raptors, reptiles, and amphibians up close. The nature center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and is a modern building with bathrooms, water, and temperature control. We will meet in the parking lot. We have several hiking options. We can take the paved path toward Hyland Lake Park Reserve visitor center or we can take the woodland trail behind the nature center. (Aspen, Oak, and Prairie Trails) There are rest benches along all of the trails. Woodland and prairie trails are of wood chips, bare earth, rocks, roots, turf, possibly mud or standing water. Few if any hills.
